This is my favorite place to go when I'm starving, I absolutely love their chicken buffalo fries and cheese cake, and the service is fantastic!

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Got my usual wing flavor of garlic Parmesan. It’s not too heavy on the garlic which I appreciate. Also tried their best sellers which are the Buffalo wings and fries. Definitely has a kick to it that you’d expect and the fries are a good serving size between 2-3 people. I can see why the fries are a best seller.

Im a regular now, I love their buffaloe salads They are all on point! The lettuce is crispy and fresh the chicken bits are breast covered in their sauces! Chef kiss—the only downside the Mac and cheese is not that great but everything else —amazing so far!

Best buffalo chicken wings I’ve had in a long time. This place was generous on the chunks of chicken and had a variety of flavors to get such as traditional miles, garlic, Parmesan, lemon pepper, sweet-and-sour, honey, barbecue, teriyaki, chipotle, and More! They also have a mac & cheese, buffalo chicken fries, but I’m probably gonna try the next time I come!

Chicken tastes great. Very juicy and chrispy. Fries are always crispy. I would recommend it to anyone looking to get a great meal for a decent price.

Wing Factory is just too good! Before that it was a different restaurant (Wing Empire) and that was a different story. it was bad Glad I gave Wing Factory a try though, in my opinion honestly saved good chicken wings in our spring valley neighborhood! Cheese Sticks 5/5 how me and my family likes it, top tier cheese pull! Buffalo Fries w/ Mac & Cheese 5/5 legendary.. another family favorite Chicken wings 5/5 (bone in) personally tried their -Lemon Pepper -Garlic -Mild and none of them disappointed, will try the rest of their flavors in the future Homemade Ranch 5/5 can compete with the best out there! Good staffing and have met most of em! All good young folks! Yes this is my Chicken Spot for all time, please keep this business going in our neighborhood!!

I’m loving the wings here. I was not too impressed initially ( 2 years ago) and decided to give it a second try and I’m glad I did! The wings were super juicy and adequately seasoned, the bread was freshly baked and fluffy. I recognized that more people are here as well. Nicely done.

It was my first time coming here today June 30 around 3:20 PM. I immediately, noticed the positive attitude of the cashier. As soon as I walked in she greeted me. She answered my questions in regards to the flavor of the wings very positive nice professional experience. The wings are good. The only thing is, I thought they might be fried a little more. aside from that everything else was perfect. I would come here again..
